So much for Barabara

all the hue hah on this "storm Barbara" ,the jet stream bringing gloom and doom ,very heavy wind/rain whatever. So in Manchester/Rochdale we had an hour of heavyish rain ,some drains  flooded back ,and then there was the motorists driving with NO HEADLIGHTS ,also forgetting to indicate their intentions ,what why when do these idiots do when in control of a dangerous hunk of metal ,do the driving schools actually teach today's learners how to navigate the very busy roads that are getting filled up at peak times ??? Maybe the met office learnt a lesson not informing the public as in the case of the storm that blew all those trees down in the last century , the old saying of the boy who cried wolf comes to mind with some the predictions that are being lorded ,Brexit for instance .
