Stan the man ,eeeeeerrrrrrmmmmm well at least we won't get relegated ??????? But looking at the English managers in the game that the FA could pick from there is only 3 in the top league and I don't think that any one has won anything as a manager, toooo much TV money making clubs have to succeed look at Chelsea even if you win leagues/cups etc bye bye .......any suggestions send Wembley Stadium care of the FA .

All I ask of the new manager of the England football team is that he stops chewing gum with his mouth open almost as wide as the Mersey Tunnel throughout the games. The same goes for that more genteel sport, cricket, and its England captain who spends the whole day chewing with mouth open. Players never did it years ago, so why has it become the fashion now? Cricket was previously the sport of gentlemen not gum chewing idiots. Only MY opinion of course....

Big Sam will undoubtedly bring some discipline into the England squad, not put up with any egos, and play his best team, not the favourites ! My choice would have been Eddie Howe of Bournemouth, with Glen Hoddle as his mentor - however, I'm right behind Sam Alladyce now, & wish him every success. John (JKW)
