David, You're certainly NOT alone in being so incensed ;  I'm often angered, frustrated , bemused and downright pi**ed off with events happening within our justice (!?!) system these days, and we can't even blame the EU either ! John (JKW)

Why are they victimising soldiers in the middle of a firefight, for not shouting a warning to the enemy, when these lawyers are ignoring the air force pilots who are attacking enemy targets with guided weapons?? Or the nuclear weapons carrying Subs we have patrolling the underwater world?  Could it be that these loony lawyers only go after soldiers doing their duty, in the heat of battle? If these lawyers get the chance, they will prosecute all troops from the dawn of time to the present day for not warning their enemies they were about to kill them? It is all so stupid continuing this pursuit of serving military personnel in the execution of their duty, but greed has removed their logic, they only see the chance of getting filthy rich by persecuting the very people who are actually  keeping these loons alive, and safe, in a free country called UK? Cameron MUST halt these morons immediately, they are an embarrassment to this country of ours. These lawyers involved should be the ones being taken to court for TREASON. Cowardly money grabbing morons....In fact, the best way to handle this stupidity of the money grabbers is to put THEM in the front line, in front of the British troops, so they can warn the rebels  that Allied troops are about to shoot them??? Our troops are all heroes, the enemy are scum, as are these lawyers...

Woman fined £145 and 3 penalty points for eating a banana in her car whilst stuck in a traffic jam! British justice at its finest; proportionality and priorities really at the forefront of  our policing!! I have gone from being a 100% of British police to being disillusioned, dissatisfied and disappointed in them. I have no faith in them neither do I trust them, that is a sad indictment of how low they have sunk in my estimation. Not all of them, but far too many!!

Do the legal profession not realise that in doing what they are doing right now, they are making fools of themselves? Surely they are only suggesters/advisors for any legal cases, and the laws of the land can only be modified, removed or recommended by the government of the day?. The behaviour of the legal people at the moment suggests that they, and only they, consider that they are the only persons capable of drawing up, modifying or dropping any laws of the land. The government are also to blame, since they are too slow, and/or too lazy/too weak to put the legals in their place. Or is it the case that nobody in government or judiciary cares any more, as long as they receive their monthly fortune? It also looks as though the police are all scared of doing ANYTHING, in case they are seen as clumsy goons, in their recent failures to deal with crimes against the innocent? If things do not change, then the coat of arms of this country will have to change the Lion and the Unicorn with a mouse and a hamster.....

Too answer all your posts.....easy peasy.......money that 5 letter word that has caused so many problems world wide.....in the case of the CPS I think you'll find the best lawyers are private as they can make more "money" and the prosecution lawyers are not simply upto the job ......the police are happy to hit the "little man/woman" with stupid offences like the banana ,but next your on the road count the idiots using their phone ,or hugging the centre and third lane on m way,and as for speed limits or drink drive or red light running Where are our boys/girls in blue ,yep coffee break filling in fiction reports back at the station. And finally the victim is now not even thought of ,,it's all the human rights of the criminal ,poor guy/girl they had weetabix instead of cornflakes when growing up poor dears ,not the person who's life will never be the same because of their actions yep that's progress !!!!!

re. British Justice; The police are unfortunately a necessary evil, and this is because we the population cannot control our selves and although we live in society most of us at one time or another find one law  or another quite irksome so we  break it, whether it is petty thing or something really serious. With reference to our troops being questioned over so called breaking the rules , classic thing with the sniper and calling a warning; this brings to mind, the question, if you are standing in an orchard and an apple falls 200yards away you may see this but you will not hear the sound of it hitting the ground .S0 much for a shouted warning, shades of N.I. yellow card , blue card and as for these questioners now needing counselling because of the things they are hearing , they need to grow a pair, then they will be able to say what a load of bollocks. bob
