Justice Sucks

November 19, 2016

From time to time on this forum various posters have made comments about the absurdities of the EU courts of Jusice and the ECHR, passing comment on both the decisions they arrived at and the fact they could override our own courts. By implication the feeling was we didn't need a load of foreign, tree hugging, namby  pamby do gooders passing laws that affect us here in the U.K. But I have to say our own law  lords need no help in arriving at ludicrous decisions that beggar belief and defy logic. What am I talking about you might ask? Well I am talking about the decision that Wee Krankie  Sturgeon CAN challenge the Government's appeal against the requirement for them to debate Article 50 in Parliament before invoking it. Not only that but it seems the Welsh AND the NI Assembly can do likewise. So, the United Kingdom voted for Brexit via a legally constituted referendum process but individual components of the UK can hold Westminster hostages to fortune as  the Government seeks to implement the will of the majority of the nation as an entity. Like I said who needs barmy European judges when we are more than capable of shooting ourselves in the foot!!

David all this means is that the tail is wagging the dog in the courts , yes the judges are part of the mamby pamby liberal establishment and at times their decision in either criminal or civil matters are being ludicrous lenient or out of left field . So were does this leave us ,slowing down article 50 yes ,maybe or no way ??? My personal thoughts TM the PM will put it to Parliament as she said weeks ago ,will it pass mmm thinks mmm , so if they fail to pass it there would be an election that would put the remainders at peril to re-elected . The talk on Andrew Marr is hard Brexit from the loony Labour Party ,with the news from VW this past week on their fiddling the emissions on their cars and the US market more or less dead ,23k losing jobs ,now the UK is not as populace but heavy Tarrifs would mean a loss of sales ( count the VW on British roads) more job losses . The PM and the government didn't expect the result , now they are getting their act together ,slow yes ,only these mamby pamby remainders like everyone under the age of 25 want it NOW ,yes they are the ME,ME generations . Getting this negotiations right FIRST TIME as the EU are 27 individual nations wanting it right for them we will only get one chance ,time will tell . Me I'm off to tesco for nappies for the remainders .

The whole idea of the EU sucks, as does the rediculous belief that the Scottish , Welsh and Northern Irish chambers can dictate to the only full government of all UK actually in power, and not individual moronic little despots and scroungers. When will someone in Parliament grasp the nettle, and tell our subject cousins that they have no say in what Parliament does or says following the vote for an already agreed and passed vote by all the voting public. The loonies are doing what is called mindless and illegal , known  commonly as RUBBISH. The entire country was given their normal right to vote and conform to the winning vote without question. I would like to see the poison dwarf and the leaders of NI and Wales told that they are too late, the vote was legal and They did !!, and it was NOT open to amendment by any group other than HM Government. These idiots remind me of self centred and no account morons. They have NO right to vote against the wish of the majority of UK, so they should go back indoors and wash the dishes, instead of acting like loons. But I doubt if they know how to do that little task.....
