The Great debate

I've been mulling over this ,not making a snap decision and reading David's argument on the pro's and cons of getting involved in extra military action in or around Syria ...what have we had ....the holiday makers from the UK and Russia murdered by ISIL on the beaches or in the air ....Parisian's enjoying a meal out or a rock concert  slaughtered .......there also Asad who at the drop of a hat has killed hundred of thousands of his own people to stay in power........as the leaders of our great country have stated 7 proposed attacks on the UK have foiled ....but they're the idiots who decimated our Armed Forces for the deficit ........now they say they have 70k rebels/troops who will be the "boots on the ground" to fight with Asad against ISIL ...........it's funny but the prospect of R A F bombing in Syria won't solve the problem......there is still someone or country financing ISIL ,they have great PR thro the media/ mosque which is getting brainwashed recruits flocking to their ranks........Yes bomb them,BUT let's cut the support they receive ,then they will wither and die (with luck) the results won't be obvious until well into 2016/17 ........and I'm still not fully convinced that the UK has the capability to make the outcome clear yes join the bombing ,NO to our forces on the ground.

One shilling. It would seem that China has now agreed to become involved in the Isis being bombed, I have grave misfortunes about the future, as David said there are now too many different nations on the bandwagon so to speak, it is in danger of becoming like a sideshow at the fairground, a bit like a testing ground of what each nation can achieve in the action, I agree that the evilness of the Isis should be brought to an end by whatever needs possible, just let it not be a competition to see who can do what, when and how. Let the show  begin, let us hope there will not be any blue on blue, or should that be red on red or blue  you catch my drift. We must also remember the boots on the ground, if China does get involved there are many millions of boots, and unlike the western nations life is cheap, but the rewards for a country like China great, one only has to look at her expansionism in Africa .Enough that is food for thought gents, sayonora.

Corbyn now must now be shell shocked by Hilary Benns speech in parliament last night before the "vote" ,personally watching it live on the Beeb memories of Churchillian speeches .....his dad Anthony was a good advocate for the left ,now his son has moved more to the middle........As Bob posted if China gets involved (why ??? Oh oil ) they have the largest standing army on the planet and have good equipment , thought that worries me is that with over a billion people life is cheap and they would lay waste to vast areas no matter who was there. Cameron is happy ,the UN are happy ,but thinking of the number of aircraft the RAF have do they have enough to do a decent share of the job in hand ???????? Only time will tell
