So the SNP staged a walk out in Parliament. Their leader was thrown out by Bercow The Beast for constantly interrupting proceedings by demanding an immediate vote on making it mandatory to eat haggis everyday and wear a kilt whilst swimming, or some such nonsense. Correction, I’ve just read it was about protecting the SNP’s rights to wave the Saltire during PMQs. Anyway, the whole of the SNP cohort followed him out. The SNP claim the walk out wasn’t staged. Hmm, they had rung the media beforehand it seems, or why else were they waiting in the grounds of Westminster for them? Anyway, for a day at least, Parliament proceeded without the blatant nationalist drivel of the loud mouthed SNP members. Now that would be all well and good but what about the constituents these numpties represent? Apparently they had a question approved for PMQs that day which of course wasn’t asked in their absence. Like their party leader, the Westminster SNP cabal are so embittered about independence, THEIR Brexit rights, THEIR demands being met, that the interests of those they were elected to represent become irrelevant to them. Forget the economic woes in Scotland, the declining education standards, the chaos of the NHS, the chaos in Police Scotland, still without a chief constable, forget everything about managing the country, concentrate on what matters, not what matters to the nation but what matters to those elected by the nation to represent them. Scotland deserves better. The Scots deserve better. As indeed do we.

If the SNP are so rabidly intent (as they definitely are) on securing their independence from the Union, why don't they get on with holding ANOTHER referendum and leave those trying to secure OUR future to do so without their childish interference ? The answer ? They know they couldn't win Indy 2 at present, so prefer to make as much noise as possible to make out they're "standing up for Scotland" - in the Scottish vernacular, pish ! They're standing up purely for the SNP & NOT for those who didn't vote for them or for leaving the EU / the UK Union. Religion plays such an important role in both Scottish football & their politics, that the outcome often depends on which "side" has the most influence and numbers - the political side mirrors the scenario over the water on the Emerald Isle, and whilst religion becomes the deciding factor, there will never be a solution to the mounting problems in either country. I'm not sure what the answer is to the SNP problem, they are nationalists of sorts ,why well they want to stay in the organisation that took their fishing industry away to other members of said organisation . They want to have more say in the justiciary in their country, but as we know that the European Court will last say . They have had the reins of power now for a decade and Scotland has started to come apart through miss management, easy for them to blame that lot south of the border for their woes.Mmmmmm so if we/I are critical of the SNP ,they play the English card with all sorts of declarations on Scottish nationalism, they think a country like Scotland will be better off than being in the United Kingdom, 300 odd years of partnership and friendship will go down the tubes . Yes I agree Scotland/Wales / Northern Ireland should be under their own Parliaments for laws/rules how they progress into this 21st century, but one big point England has been the Rileys home for over a 150 years and in my eyes without England being the centre of a great country ( aka United Kingdom) these smaller countries would flounder.
