It is what it is, but thanks for all your posts & threads David, no one can say you didn't try to drum up interest and / or encourage participation at every turn - the old saying springs to mind; "You can lead a horse to water but can't make him drink". Some people are just good/effective communicators and Dave is one. As for others on the site not posting well I just think that it is to be expected for all sorts of reasons. I came across this site by chance and when I seen that two members had been my SSM whilst I was in Sennelager then I felt compelled to join. If this site does end then I would just like my old SSMs know, thank you, you both had a positive impact in my life. for example, my A sqn SSM, the importance of paying attention to small details. It was a pain at time but years later it was right and I still use it at work now.

Some people are just good/effective communicators and Dave is one. As for others on the site not posting well I just think that it is to be expected for all sorts of reasons.
